Winter Formal was held on an appropriately freezing night. By the time the doors opened, all of the early comers were shivering.

Upon entering the Formal, guests were greeted by a complementary “candy bar,” a table with an assortment of candy being served by volunteers. There was also free drinks being served at the StuCo window as usual.

The real hit, though, was the complementary photo booth. As the dance went on, students could get their picture taken with friends and printed out: photobooth style. The line was relentless, but none were turned away.

The decorations in the rotunda were the perfect icing on the cake. White mesh was draped and hung all around along with photo frames, creating a “picture perfect” winter look.

In the middle of the dance, the Winter Court was honored shortly, and the winner was announced for a second time.

All through the night, gift cards were raffled off, anywhere from 10 to 50 dollars a piece.

It’s safe to say that everyone went home with a smile that night. The StuCo did a great job decorating and hosting the formal.
