- Lawrence High will offer the ACT test 8 a.m. Saturday, April 10. Test takers will need to bring test registration forms and photo ID to the door. Counselors also advise students to arrive half an hour early.
- The boys varsity tennis squad will play twice in three days. First, the team hosts the Lawrence Round Robin Tournament 9 a.m. Saturday, April 10, and on Monday, April 12, they will compete at the Free State Invitational.
- LHS singers will travel to Shawnee Heights Saturday, April 10, for their Regional Solo and Ensemble competition. FOUR The varsity track squad will be busy next week. LHS hosts the Little KU Meet 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, and then travels up the hill for competition at the Kansas Relays on Thursday.
- The Annual River City Baseball Festival kicks off next Thursday, April 15, when LHS plays Lee’s Summit West at 4 p.m. at KU’s Hoglund Stadium.
