Coping with finals and stress

 Finals week can be the most stressful week of the year for many students, especially since finals account for a big chunk of semester grades. All the studying and turning in last minute assignments can take up a lot of students’ time, causing a great deal of stress. Here are some links to help de-stress and study during this time and remain relaxed:
 
WAYS TO DE-STRESS DURING FINALS:
 
1. Dosomething.org offers several useful ways to de-stress during finals. The layout of the page makes navigation easy. It contains short bolded headers for those who just want a quick idea, and then it gives viewers a more in-depth summary.
 
2.  Stress.about.com gives five quick and easy ways to get through finals. The page is text heavy but gives some good information. Each method takes 20 minutes.
 
3. Gearfire.net lists five methods of de-stressing during finals and is also useful if one is looking to get feedback from other viewers on how to get through finals. The site contains a blog for people to chat and give each other more tips that the site does not already contain.
 
4. Dumblitterman.com offers seven ways of de-stressing along with a blog for viewers to chat about the content of the page and other ways to de-stress.
 
5. The Dynamo gives good tips on how to de-stress during finals. However, there is not much content to the tips.

2. How to study is a brief guide for how to go about studying for finals. It also offers several funny graphics for the readers.
 
3. Yahoo offers a question and answer page so readers can get the input of other people and how they like to study for finals. This is helpful because it allows the readers to chat and get more in depth about how they should study.
4. Campusgrotto.com lists several ways on how to prepare for finals. With each tip, the site goes into more depth about studying and contains a lot of good information. 
 
5. Mathnews.com gives several different methods for how to survive finals week. There is a calendar that readers can follow to aid in time management.
