At the varsity soccer game against Leavenworth on Oct. 2, the boys dominated the game winning 8-1. Senior captain Justin Riley scored the game’s opening goal in the first four minutes of play. Riley went on to score two more goals, earning him a hat trick. The end of the game left the Lions with a record of seven wins, four losses, and one tie.
