Over the summer, LHS girls volleyball rallied together every weekday from 7am-10am to train their strength and skills for the upcoming season. They practiced a variety of exercises and circuits, such as sprinting, jumping, weights, scrimmage, and more. The girls said they feel much more prepared for this year thanks to the hard work put in by the coaches in creating these workouts.
