Showtime, a tradition here at LHS, opens tonight.

This event is the choir department’s main fundraiser and is important for the budget of the program for following years.

The event it so popular that parents have sometimes camped outside the auditorium during school hours to get the best seats. If you want to experience tradition at LHS, Showtime is the place to be.

“Showtime is a lot of work,” senior Miranda Doores says. “It’s stressful but worth it.”

A few reminders: make sure to check out the featured acts, purchase your tickets ahead of time and arrive early to find a seat. Tickets are $9, and the shows take place 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the auditorium.
