For day four of The Budget’s “5 starters” feature, meet John Barbee.
1. “My dad wanted me to play baseball instead of basketball for the first year of my life.”
2. “Michael Jordan is my favorite hooper.”
3. “In my opinion, LHS could beat Kentucky.”
4. “I have some Michael Jordan body spray, and I used to spray it on my jersey hoping I would play like him.”
5. He has lucky socks.
Remember gates for ticket sales open at 3:45 p.m. tomorrow. Expect a packed house. In addition to it being the rivalry game against Free State, it’s also senior night.
