Buddy Buddy the Elf Visits LHS – Day 1

Hello! I’m Buddy Buddy the Elf. Santa sent me down from the North Pole to increase the holiday spirit so his sleigh can fly later in December. I will be here for the next week making sure to make Santa proud!

For my first day here, I was at the staircase by the film room.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. Would students make fun of my ears? Would I get run up the flagpole? Or would students be excited and take pictures with me to Instagram?

Well my first day was a bit of both. During the passing period between 3rd and 4th period, I was folded over. But during lunch, I could be seen in the position I started in: Sitting upright.

Obviously my first day wasn’t perfection. I know some students just wanted to mess with me (Those cottonheadedninnymuggins!) but some were truly excited. Mackenzie Owens even tweeted about me! How nice!

I will be back tomorrow and I won’t just be sitting…
