Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Review

Call of  Duty MW3 is by far one of the worst games I have ever played. The game was made by Infinity Ward, the company that created all of the other Call of Duty games. The plotline of Call of Duty MW3 sucks, the graphics still suck (there the same as MW2 and MW1) and everything in the game is the same as previous installments, just with different names.

I’ll start off with the story plotline. It is very short, and it’s the same stuff over and over! The online gameplay in Call of  Duty MW3 is the worst I’ve ever seen in any game. The community is a bunch of angry screaming children that cry and fuss over their microphones and expect us to care, which makes you want to kill somebody. Which leads me to the next problem, you can’t kill anything.

As soon as you get into a match, you get shot by someone. Eventually players will migrate to a little corner, where they can see everyone in the area, and just kill them as they spawn! In MW2, getting kills wasn’t dependant upon how good your gun was or how high ranked you were. You had to be good with your gun. You could gradually get new guns to try and see if you liked them, but in MW3 it’s the exact opposite. Pretty much who ever went up a rank first would win. Sounds fun right?

The maps in this game are terrible, they are so bad that after awhile, people actually complained to Infinity ward about their quality. So they made us pay (PAY!) for more maps. And guess what? They were the good maps from MW2! And by the way, this game is $60.00 before you even begin to pay for additional maps.

Finally after all the pain and suffering Infinity Ward made us go through, there was actually one good part about this game, survival mode. This game mode was actually the only reason I kept the game for awhile. In survival mode you have to gradually get better guns, upgrades and support packages to see how long you can survive.

Unfortunately, this mode became very repetitive and wasn’t enough for me to keep the game. So I said goodbye to it forever and sold it, leaving it to the whiney children. In conclusion I would give the story a 2/10, the online gameplay a 1/10 and the survival mode a 5/10. In all I give it a 2/10.
